Thank you for shopping at Puppy Adventure Center! We are a dropshipping store, meaning your orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and manufacturers.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping times vary depending on your location. We offer free shipping to the United States.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, or high order volume.

3. Important Dropshipping Notes

Since we use multiple suppliers, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different locations.

We do not ship from our own warehouse — all orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

Tracking numbers are provided via email as soon as the order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

We do not currently ship internationally

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.

6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can assist you.

For lost or significantly delayed packages, we will work with our suppliers and shipping carriers to resolve the issue (replacement or refund may be issued depending on the circumstances).

7. Address Changes

We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
