We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Puppy Adventure Center. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn or unused with all original tags attached In its original packaging accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Fees and Costs
As promised on our storefront, we offer Free Returns under the following conditions:
Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Puppy Adventure Center provides a prepaid return shipping label via email for all accepted returns).
Restocking Fees: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items).
Customer Remorse: If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is completely free.
3. How to Start a Return (Return Method)
All returns must be handled by mail. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our support team at: support@puppyadventurecenter.com If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.Print the label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the designated mail carrier.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages, Defective Items, and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at support@puppyadventurecenter.com. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact support@puppyadventurecenter.com to request an exchange. We will provide a free prepaid return label for your item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds & Processing Times
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned package. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days.
Please note that it can take your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 5 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@puppyadventurecenter.com.
