Thank you for shopping at Puppy Adventure Center! We are dedicated to providing clear, transparent fulfillment timelines for all of our customers.
1. Order Cutoff and Processing Times
All orders are prepared and processed by our logistics and fulfillment network.
• Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
• Order Handling/Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Note: During peak seasonal periods (such as Black Friday or winter holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you immediately via email if your order experiences a handling delay.
2. Shipping Destinations, Timelines, & Costs
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Transit Time: 5-12 business days
Shipping Cost: FREE
Please note that transit times are based on carrier estimates and can occasionally vary due to severe weather, high holiday volumes, or unexpected carrier delays.
3. Shipment Delivery Details
Because we manage inventory across a distributed fulfillment network to keep costs low and shipping free, your items may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If your order contains multiple products, they may be delivered at slightly different times, but you will never be charged extra for split shipments.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours from the time you receive the email for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s network. You can monitor your package's delivery progress directly through the carrier’s tracking portal.
5. Delivery Issues and Address Corrections
• Address Changes: We can only modify or update your shipping address if your package has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error in your shipping details.
• Delayed or Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your estimated delivery date, please reach out to us. For verified lost or severely delayed packages, Puppy Adventure Center will issue a prompt replacement or full refund.
